Terms & cancellation

A full refund will be provided if the event is cancelled due to any organisational reason or circumstances attributable to Sportscape, or if Sportscape is unable to achieve the required number of participants by the day of the event. Once a participant has confirmed their spot and made the payment, the booking is non-refundable for any personal reason or inability to attend. However, participants may transfer their spot to another person if they are unable to attend. The replacement participant must be approved by the Sportscape team and will take over the original participant’s booking subject to all applicable event terms and conditions.
